• Oversee and develop all summer camp programs • Recruit, hire, and supervise all summer staff members • Implement fundraising and marketing programs specific for summer camp programs • Rewrote all leadership materials used during the summer

Developed a scholarship program to help girls with low GPA's by organizing weekly meetings and study plans. Rewrote chapter bylaws and standing rules. Executive of scholarship for a chapter of 200 girls.
