Developed script alongside director, hired department heads and crew in LA and Chicago. Shot and developed online crowfunding campaign, negotiated location and equipment rental fees, oversaw the shipping of camera equipment from IL to CA, managed casting process and coordinated shoot with the local film offices.

Helped grip and electric department set up lights, aided art director with the placement of props, handed out walkies to every crew member at the beginning of the day, communicated messages of the producer to the AD, staffed fridges and kept crafty table clean. Cleaned the set after wrap.

Communicated between the production team in India and the US. Created a production budget and got quotes for film equipment in Thane, India. Managed all traveling and visa procedures for crew members from US to India. Monitored location scouts, catering, transportation, shooting permits and contracts.

Managed location permits, production rentals, transportation to set and catering for 5 days of shooting. Coordinated with UPM to prepare expense reports and kept track of crew deal memos and actors release forms.

Supervised the script development process, managed fundraising campaign, budget and casting process. Hired department heads, worked in conjunction with the line producer to secure and manage locations. Coordinated with all department heads to ensure the successful completion of the film.

Stood in for Camilla Belle and acted as background extra in party scenes.
