• Prepared, managed and tracked the budget for second series of the critically acclaimed web-series “The Outs”. • Supervised purchasing across all departments and maintained the finances under-budget until the end of the production. • Created the long-form production schedule for all 30 shoot days based on multiple actor and location availabilities, as well as planning specific shoot day schedules and sending daily call sheets and scripts to cast & crew. • Scouted, negotiated and secured all shoot locations around NYC. • Hired and co-ordinated production staff for the run of production. • Provided on-set support for shoot day set-up, schedule supervision, location logistics and load-out co-ordination. • Wrapped out all final legal and financial documentation with legal and accounts departments.

Coordinated and managed the budget for all package shoots and celebrity interviews nationwide. Main point of contact, initiated agreements and rentals for production vendors onsite, main contact for in-show special effects, oversaw on-site support space and dressing room build and staffing, oversaw the smooth load-out & financial reconciliation of event.

Researched & booked all production equipment and supplies, hired and managed all PA’s, main point of contact for multiple departments on-site, collected and executed all Performer Talent needs, oversaw all payroll processing
