Managed editors, story producers and associate producers to most efficiently shape story. Worked directly with the network to address notes. Worked with composers, music licensing, graphics teams, acquiring news and other archival materials.

Worked in development and casting for multiple projects. Networks included MTV, Amazon and additional projects that were being pitched to multiple networks. Produced sizzle reels, developed show concepts, produced casting start to end for a documentary series for Amazon. Topics included social justice, food, health care and the prison system.

Started on the pilot episode of the series. Managed the story team in the field and in edit. Aided in casting and challenge departments. Developed interview and story document formats and system for a fast paced series that was ongoing for years back to back.

Developed and followed story arcs for all 15 students. The series followed a British format that takes high school students that have been kicked out of their schools and builds a school that uses experts in their field to teach these kids in out of the box ways. Teams would have a prep window, but all changes seen in the show would have to be produced live within the 1 week window that you would film with the families while handling the casts' real life heartache and growth.

Mini series following Peter Theil's 20 Under 20 Fellowship. The program brings in hundreds of great thinkers under the age of 20 from around the globe. The 20 chosen are given 100k and access to Theil's team of mentors including Elon Musk, Sean Parker and Aubrey De Grey to stop out of school and make their ideas a reality. We interviewed finalists and the team of mentors for this project.
