Working as a General Clerk in the tour department. Responsibilities include conducting tours, working directly with the clientele, ushering audiences members from parking lot to the Conan stage, and navigating a studio lot during busy work hours. Additionally, as a lead of the dispatch team, my responsibilities now include daily checks of the carts for safety, reporting cart issues to maintenance, organizing daily tour log, and addressing immediate cart problems when they happen. As a lead, I coordinate with a team of people assigning , scheduling breaks & lunches, and training new hires.
