• Oversee event execution by coordinating run of show ensuring that bands were present and pre-set before show and between all sets • Collaborate with venue manager to ensure all safety and technical guidelines are upheld • Minimize time between sets • Work with all talent in negotiating time slots in professional manner

• Assist designers’ teams with venue set up and break down • Assist production teams during live shows • Maintain VIP areas insuring that all models, media, and crew had access to all amenities; check all credentials upon entrance • Reset hair and make-up facilities between all shows with minimal time and supervision
