I managed, established, and directed all the creative elements in production by working with other team supervisors to ensure the project stayed on task and that deadlines and budget constraints were met. Additionally, I was responsible for hiring cast members, production professionals, and other individuals involved.

As an agency Art Director my responsibilities included: Managing the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget while maintaining shoot schedules. Monitoring the project pipeline while contributing recommendations for required assets and resources. Keeping the senior leadership informed of the day-to-day activity, of any conflicts, delays, or any other unusual situations that may affect the orderly flow.

• Organizing all project materials, and process documents • Assessing project risks and providing clear actionable solutions • Tracking and reporting project status and health to internal team and leadership • Participating in brainstorms and ideation sessions • Sharing relevant stimulus and updates with project teams • Single point of contact for client team, guiding and facilitating conversations and presentations
