I have worked as the production and post production coordinator on this show for a year. PROD - Oversaw and managed multiple crews across five US states over the span of seven months. Handled the myriad of pressing issues and challenges that came up every day. Coordinated travel, managed equipment and media. POST - Managed releases and all deliverable paperwork. Worked with the post supervisor on deliverable logs and delivered all documents to the network.

Coordinated post production and artist schedules to ensure on-time delivery of commercial spots. Handled all resourcing and bookings as well as station set-ups.

Coordinated travel and shooting for 6 short documentary profiles. Travelled domestically and internationally and handled all details of the shoot, all paperwork and releases and handled AC and DIT duties as well.

Was the point of contact for all HODs. Supervised 20-30 PA's on a daily basis. Handled paperwork, accounts and payment for show vendors. Handled all crew paperwork and timecards. Secured permits for shooting in CA and FL. Coordinated pre-po and wrap of show. Built show server.

Production Coordinator for 14 short documentaries over 14 months. I have travelled extensively both domestically and internationally and planned every aspect of production for all projects.
