Houston, TX Auditions - Crowd control of contestants (Around 10,000 people). - Direct contestants to their audition rooms.

- Directed all the live show on the day of the event. - Produced all videos aired during the show including the president's message, the candidates experience summary and all extra b-roll used throughout the event. - Organized most of the segments corresponding to the live event (National Anthems, Artists' Performances and Runways). - Coordinated both music and videos corresponding with each segment. - During the months leading to the event provided advertising support to the organization through my company's social media (Sofia Cordero Productions) posting dynamic and eye catching interviews with all the participants of the pageant and pictures of events that we attended. - Ordered the tickets for the event through a company approved the theatre. - Served as liason between the theatre staff and the pageant's board during the days leading to the event to get all the final details in place.

- Assisted the Production Manager in running different errands, delivering and getting equipment for the production, and with craft services. - Supported Grip & Electrics crew setting up the production set. - Collaborated with the Production Set Designer in setting up and decorating the set.

- Procured all meals (including snacks) for the crew and talent during the shoot. - Ran different errands for the producer. - Assisted the crew and talent with simultaneous translations English-Spanish. - Served as proof-reader and writer supervisor of all material produced by the talent. - Worked as grip for some of the interviews holding light poles and the lights itself.

- Run errands for the producer. - Assisted craft services on setting up breakfast and lunch for the production crew. - Facilitated snacks and drinks from craft services to James Harden's dressing room.
