Liaison between artists’ agents and the production team, ensuring clients receive impeccable customer service. Maintain customer management system to utilize client base. Catalogued product requirements and compiled decks for marketing pitches resulting in contracts with 13 internationally-known artists. Review and edit an average of 150 items per day before product is delivered to client.

Freelance personal stylist, costume designer and makeup artist for commercial, short films and events.

Coordinated all travel arrangements for talent, producers, choreographers, vocal coaches, photographers and recording studios. Assisted on set of video and photo shoots as Assistant Wardrobe Stylist. Purchased and logged all garment pieces for three photo shoots, one music video and all daytime wear for talent. There were five members in the band; each had at least eight different looks. Managed a $22,000 budget, making strategic purchasing decisions and communicating budgetary restrictions to the project team.

Assisted one of the company’s highest grossing stylists. Maintained the stylist’s social media accounts to keep our clients up to date with current fashion trends. Collaborated with personal stylist team to build customized style profiles to develop a highly curated customer experience, resulting in a 37% increase in sales in six months.

Set costumer for two commercial shoots, and two music video shoots. Researched and executed the production design concepts for wardrobe and scenic department.
