• Running casting days efficiently and kindly for television production companies and major theatre producers, including West End productions of Grease, Priscilla & Starlight Express • Availability checking talent and creating extensive and comprehensive records of actors details for current and future use • Developing strong and enduring telephone and email relationships with all the major talent houses in London and the UK • Encouraging smaller agencies to promote and entice in their new talent and consider younger and less experienced actors ability at all times • Maintain calm situations and tight schedules for producers and directors when working through their casting days • Working across more than one project at any one time, staying focused on the requirements of each one and ensuring attention to detail was never over looked despite how busy the office may be.
