As line producer for this scripted commercial project, I handled all casting and crew hiring, liaised with the agency and client, and maintained the existing project budget, ensuring all gear rentals and production purchases fell within the shoot's parameters.

- Assisted with daily task management relating to the post-production workflow surrounding promotional videos for Netflix Family's YouTube presence - Tracked animated clips from their selection to their inclusion in cutdowns and listvids - Drafted contracts for vendor agreements

- Created and maintained budgets and organizational documents for a team covering EPK, interview, and red carpet content across all Disney brands - Saw videos promoting projects premiering both theatrically and streaming on Disney+ across all Disney brands (Disney+, Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm) from pre- through post-production - Organized information trackers for our team, and handled call sheets, paperwork, & wrap books across all projects - Assisted with the coordination of event coverage ranging from small red carpets with a social media presence to large events such as D23 Expo and Star Wars Celebration with department-wide activations and content capture - Interfaced with many departments across Disney from PR to legal to each brand’s social media team

- Budgeted the project alongside the writer/director - Hired cast and crew and was the main point-of-contact for all staff and vendors - Worked within SAG rules for all budget tracking and reporting
