- Formats & edits scripts with information regarding blocking, graphics, wardrobe, tape, music/sfx, web tosses etc. based on director’s notes from production meeting & other departments - Creates, assembles & distributes majority of paperwork for staff & crew night before each show - Creates long rundowns for crew with element information found within each show - Compiles guest photos using Associate Producer cast of characters for crew each show day - Liaison between producers/supervising producers & the director/assistant director regarding scripts, blocking & elements in shows - Assists graphics supervisor with making sure graphics match scripts and are in the correct monitors/set location based on director’s blocking - Assists Scripts Supervisor with creating quick rundowns for production meetings - Assists Director, Associate Director and Scripts Supervisor with any other necessary tasks and projects

• Works with producers, supervising producers, director, and associate director with updating and editing scripts • Works with Studio PAs to compile all sound effects needed for show • Compiles closed captioning names for outside company, and music cue sheets for post-production • Keeps track of supplies in control room and offices • Prints, organizes, and distributes scripts before, and after rehearsal, for Dr. Oz, show Director, Executive and Supervising producers • Works directly with prompter operator to make sure script in prompter is most updated and matches physical copy • Helps Graphics department compile weekly one sheets for graphics used on shows
