• Package PA: Gathered images and video as b-roll for packages, reads, and open and teases; made notes scripts; updated load lists; sent elements to the edit; researched entertainment news stories for “Status Update” segment. • Set PA: Logged timecodes for host shoots and reviewed them with the executive producer, distributed scripts and show boards to edit rooms, managed weekly deliverables, filled out NOC log, and delivered finished show to the NOC. • Attended music and talent meetings, created and updated music and talent calendars, filled out format with show order and runtimes, marked weekly minute by minute graphs, compiled chyron document.
