Supervised up to six episodes of "America's Funniest Home Videos" simultaneously, from writers’ assembly to final cut. Created show rundowns, as well as the writing, screening, and post production schedules. Responsible for organization of regular clip blocks as well as creating the “Previously On” and final recap packages from scratch. Coordinated all pre-production elements (graphics, clearance, audio, BS&P, scripts) to prepare reels for the audience tapings. Assisted in the creation of many short reels for special appearances of the host (Tom Bergeron) on other television shows, including "Oprah" and "Ellen." Managed FileMaker database for over 110,000 video and internet submissions, used by writers and showrunners to assemble clip packages. Supervised the writing team's Production Assistant. Maintained the Writers Room board with each episode's ideas, package order, and production elements.

Managed air travel, lodging, ground transportation and per diem for up to 30 contestants per tape date. Coordinated production staff’s travel arrangements for season finale tapings at Walt Disney World. Supervised edits of hour-long episodes into half-hour shows for international broadcast; handled the exchange of clip reels with the sister programs in Europe, South America and Asia. Fulfilled media, charity, and licensing requests as well as coordinated product integrations between Vin Di Bona Productions and ABC TV Network Sales.

Supplied cast members, writers, producers with research materials and props to develop sketch characters. Provided script support during dress rehearsals and live broadcasts. Selected to work concurrently as a Production Assistant for the live broadcast of "NBC’s 75th Anniversary Show" and also for "The Colin Quinn Show."

Collected and managed vast pop culture and music research library. Transcribed interviews to select sound bites and organized B-roll footage. Worked independently in New York when the producers relocated to LA.

Performed heavy internet research and procured equipment and props for shoots. Provided both on-set and office PA support, took script notes during shoots. Conducted pre-shoot interviews with talent.
