I am also responsible for ensuing the safety of all dancers, student workers and parents as the Ailey building is under construction.

Helping escort my assigned group of 100 people with associates around in the choreographed circle and keeping our people separated from other groups. In rehearsals I made sure to help set up the music conductors area and secure all technical aspects while helping take attendance and helping disabled performers with seating. Performance day we set up all props around the plaza and carried all emergency supplies to assist all performers during the show whilst making sure they are following all of the conductors direction using flags and signals. This show had a total of 1000 performers and was outdoors in 97 degree heat.

Assist Production Coordinator with set up of set and crafty as well as break down. Responsible for securing the set and piano with tarps, rags and tents. Managing the driveway and deliveries and directing all crowds and traffic to their designated areas. Venue: Hyatt Regency, NJ

Working side by side with the two child wranglers to pick up and drop off the kids from the opening number. On later rehearsal and show days I was responsible for my group of boys and escorting them alongside their adult counterparts (Lin Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs, Danny Burstein and Jonathan Groff) and working with stage management to cue them off stage and catching them offstage/ bring them back to holding. Assisting the production coordinator with deliveries, runs and rehearsal prop making.

Responsible for set up and breakdown of back of house. Organize guest goodie bags and stansions. Organize and hand out name tags to all invited guests and press. Be the liaison between the front of house, Ellis Island museum staff and production coordinator.
