o Assistant to seasoned Senior Producer, Bonnie Tiegel, whom I aided in a multitude of tasks ranging from physically producing shoots to more secretarial-type duties o Coordinated all preparations for media junkets, red carpet interviews, and sit-down pieces – such tasks included booking the interview, scheduling the media crew, helping to research and create the angle of the interview along with interview questions, and assisting in post-production cutting and editing o Handled an average of 50 daily phone calls ranging from celebrity managers and publicists, to head contacts at companies like Disney and The Hollywood Reporter o In charge of my boss’ personal scheduling, phone calls, and contact maintenance, as well as filtering through hundreds of her daily emails

o In charge of alerting the entire company (100+ employees) of any pertinent information that would happen during the evening hours – closely monitoring social media sites and making nightly calls to police stations o Actively field-produced and interviewed celebrities and talent for our shows while learning about the production process – interviews included, but were not limited to: Harrison Ford, Chris Pine, Kevin Costner, Jennifer Hudson, and Viola Davis o Created multiple documents and reports to be used by the senior directors and producers for the following morning’s meeting

Helped purchase props for the junket, set up and take down the set, take notes of the interviews, and interviewed multiple cast members.

Helped with a plethora of activities from herding the audience, to running errands for the producers/crew, to sitting in on-set with Jeff for run-throughs.
