Assisted with craft services department and wardrobe department. I continually provided personal assistance to the Assistant Director. Picked up breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the crew members and talent. Ran errands for supplies and made sure that the set was properly cleaned and cared for on each location.

Created Excel spreadsheets to organize cast lists. Completed call sheets. Made appointments for rental trucks. Assisted in casting extras for roles. Scheduled shoot dates. Cleaned up around the office.

I assisted in filing and organizing casting sessions and organizing talent on spreadsheets. I was the Reader for the talent casting sessions. I emailed cast and crew members of updates made to spreadsheets and also to the cast members information. Assisted in background casting for scenes. I communicated consistently to members of production crew via telecommunications and email communications.

I worked with the Camera Assistant with camera gear set up and tear down. Moved and set up C-stands and soft lights. Helped direct talent on shoot with rehearsals and wardrobe.
