• Coordinated and delegated the activities of the Set PAs including who was in charge of locking down certain areas of the set and who was on Fire watch duty. • Helped set up and wrap the production equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, crafty, radios and surveillance. • Kept in constant contact with the First AD to better anticipate what the PAs could do to keep set running smoothly.

• Passed out and kept track of radios and surveillance sets at the beginning of each shoot day. • Kept hot bricks on my person for whoever needed them. • Set up and kept crafty well stocked throughout the day along with flying crafty to set from base camp. • Helped set up and tear down video village from shot to shot. • Chauffeured talent and crew to and from set.

• Transcribed video material to assist the editors with choosing material for the show • Sat at the front desk where I would take calls, sign for packages and greet any visitors to the show along with showing them where to go within the office • Assisted the Accounting Department with paperwork • Researched potential stories and guests for the show • Went on runs throughout the city to pick up props, office supplies, packages, craft food, etc. • Kept the office kitchen and break room well stocked with food, coffee, drinks, silverware, etc.
