Filtered 75 - 100 phone calls on a multiline phone system daily while upholding a professional, clean, and friendly front of office experience for all clients and visitors. Compiled paperwork for scanning and copying including daily breakdown meetings, weekly pilot meetings, the client appointment database, and main financial records filing system. Coordinated all office deliveries while tracking and reorganizing all office inventory weekly. Covered every agent’s desk regularly which required heavy email correspondence, taking messages, rolling calls, and scheduling appointments for clients. Edited clients’ self-tapes, demos, and clients’ TV performance footage for agents. Restructured the floating assistant position and trained 2 incoming floating assistants and 1 talent assistant.
