+ Assemble and organize tickets and packages for Forum Club guests according to show specifications + Assist companies such as Live Nation and On The List Presents for complete VIP services + Complete knowledge and understanding of all activities/events day of show + Operate artists will call and production staff/crew check-in + Run VIP will call.

+Set up, manage, and maintain a database of over 900 employees, affiliates, and production personnel +Work together with all departments of the show, and coordinate credentials for their teams for the season, run, or day players. +Meet with producers and department heads to discuss workflow and production needs before each run in order to work and perform efficiently. +Create, distribute, and manage credentials for all employees and affiliates from The Voice, NBC, MGM, Warner, Talpa Media etc. +Provide security with daily credential boards to help secure a safe soundstage. +Manage internal ticketing requests made from employees and affiliates of the show, and handle ticket mail outs +Secure the show from any or all audience liability by making sure all forms necessary are filled before entry is permitted +Work in cohesion with 1iota to ensure an efficient and maximum audience for all shows. +Manage and lead the credentials department team to insure a steady and effective work flow for production.
