Created weekly production schedules for the storyboard department, coordinated thumbnail Director’s notes and approvals, Assisted in assembling animatics, collaborated closely with Storyboard Supervisor to ensure on schedule completion of storyboards, scheduled screenings of the animatic-in-progress for Executives, Producers, Director and production team in order to remain on track for production delivery, took detailed notes during storyboard reviews and typed them for distribution to the storyboard team and to Client when applicable, which were distributed to the storyboard team, coordinated the completion of revisions in time for animatic lock, and facilitated animatic picture lock with post coordinator
