Researched needed materials and supplies under the direction of art director. Collaboratively prepped and installed set design with other art department crew under tight deadlines. Balanced department budget for future material and location needs.

Served as liaison between Producers, Directors and production team on set. Distributed daily schedules and communications to cast and crew from base camp to location. Identified production needs and worked with other key production crew in assuring on-location agreements were not being overstepped.

Organized travel schedules, routes, and tickets for production team, as well as meetings; internal and external. Tracked unscripted content development and reported progress to the producers.Tracked time for production rehearsals and final production shoots, and managed artists paperwork, payment and expenses

Delivered communications between base camp and crew on set. Worked across departments to address special needs and coordinate for next day preparations. Location lockdowns to assure volume and traffic control during filming.
