○ Conducted formative research and provided educational consulting on new episodes ○ Wrote draft notes with suggestions and comments pertaining to the images and text before testing ○ Read stories, sang songs, and led research sessions with children ages 3-6 and a team of researchers ○ Observed children’s behavior while listening to the story and interviewed them for appeal and comprehension ○ Analyzed data and wrote reports providing suggestions before the script is finalized and animation begins ○ Hired, trained, and supervised the research team ○ Coordinated all school visits for season 1 in addition to observing and interviewing children and data entry

○ Prepared children for camera by teaching yoga moves and songs and helping them feel confident ○ Directed children for optimal performance on camera ○ Selected children’s wardrobe ○ Wrangled children to hair/makeup and to the set

Responsible for all aspects of casting and hiring children and adults who appear on the show, including auditions, scheduling, preparing paperwork for payments, wrangling the children to set, hair/makeup, recording. Direct children during voice over sessions
