I help set up and calibrate dozens of drones that are used in the light show, packing and unpacking them into a production trailer throughout the night and providing support to the pilot and crew lead.

While attending DePaul University for my Masters of Science in Film and Television I worked at the Rinn Law Library and created a series of interviews and documentary content based on the library's archived material. Equipment and Programs used: Blackmagic 6k Pro and Canon 5d mkiii with Rokinon lenses. Edited on Premiere Pro Color, Correction on DaVinci Resolve Pro.

As DIT I set a workstation on location in Elgin IL and offloaded video from a Arri Alexa shot in RAW 4K and sound files. Duties included: syncing audio and video. Checking for picture quality and successful data transfer to LaCie 10tb hard drives.

As Grip I helped light three separate locations. The first being outside an office building during mixed weather conditions and medium wind. I rigged an 8x8 Frost Diffusion on combo stands and used Arri Lite boxes for fill. The other locations were inside and outside an apartment. A generator was used to power production monitors on both outside locations.

As Camera Operator I shot three bands (Stone Theory, Clementine, Dead Bolts) at The Cooperage in Milwaukee WI. I used my Black Magic 6k Pro with Rokinon lenses and a shoulder rig. I coordinated with two other camera operators to plan out and execute a shot list.

As 1st Assistant Camera I assisted in the set up and shot compositions on three seperate Blackmagic 6k Pro's for tripod, gimbal and handheld shots. I was also responsible for pulling focus and camera operating.

As a study abroad trip for DePaul University we will travel through Patagonia Chile to document rewilding and conservation efforts throughout the park. Over two weeks our crew of students camped in Patagonia, crossed rivers and land slides with camping and film making equipment. Equipment Used: Sony FX6, Osmo Pocket Cameras.

As the Director of Photography I created lighting set ups and shot compositions for both a Green Screen Studio and an apartment location.

As the Key Production Assistant I followed the crew on two consecutive weekends helping set up Production spaces on each location, going on on coffee/food runs, shopping for craft services and Production gear, helping load/unload production everyday and generally assisting the Production Manager with daily tasks.

As Grip and Electric swing I rigged lighting outside of the location for wide shots as well inside for close ups. We used ARRI Sky Panels, Astera Titan Tubes, 1K Parcan and generator.

Grip on location in an abandoned building. Ran power from gas powered generator for 5K ARRI. Used solar powered generator, Astera Titan lights, 1K Parcan and Mole Richards hot lights.

As Dolly Grip I worked with Chapman and Doorway Dollies that were mounted with lights and camera. The lights were ARRI Sky panels, 1K and 5K Mole Richards hot lights. The camera used was the ARRI ALEXA SXT. I also supervised the laying of dolly track and the construction of several lighting gags for the shoot. The Tensile Strength of Air was shot in studio at Cinespace and on location at a residence and a city street.

I Write/Produce for the YouTube Channel Nicer Guise, focusing on sketch comedy and satire as well as horror comedy.

Managed content for streaming services and maintained relationships between clients and distribution acting as the key point of contact for independent filmmakers, platforms and studios. Clients included RLJ Entertainment, The Orchard, Blue Underground, E1, Uncork’d, Breaking Glass, Digital Images, Vegababy, Stadium Media, Quickflix, Walla and Go Digital.

My primary responsibilities were to help Producer Tammy Klembith with the set dressing of an apartment for her spec shoot of Cuddle Buddies. I also assisted the Camera Department with 2nd AC and Grip and Electric using available light and Mole Richards hot lights.

My responsibilities are to be the last line of defense in ensuring a file is sent to a digital delivery platform with the exact technical specification as finding any failing visual or audio issues throughout. A majority of the job consists in noticing inconsistencies that could result in a rejection from a platform, allowing the company to maintain a reputation of quality and dependability. Some tasks that I am to complete are full linear QCs, which involves performing quality control during a programs entirety, and five point QCs where the technician examines five different points within a programs timeline. I am currently performing quality control for programming from HBO, Netflix, Starz, Hasbro and many others. SDI is currently the largest provider of foreign language dubbing and subtitling

As a Quality Control Technician I test Feature Films, Television shows and other pieces of media for Audio and Visual defects in order for them to be streamed on such services as Netflix, Hulu and Direct TV. I am also trained in Repair, Ingest and Timed Text.

Writing Coverage for Film and Television Scripts, Show Bibles and books. Pitching scripts and researching properties to option.

As Set PA I assisted with the load in/load out of production and G&E equipment, set decoration and craft services.

I created this coperate video for Uber to use at their Santa Barbara Bowl station to help promote the ride sharing app. This was a part of a Commercial Production class at the Brooks Institute of Photography taught by Tracey Trotter. Contact with Uber was Andy Iro.

For The Closest I provided catering and craft services for two 12 hour production days. Meals included vegetarian options as well as healthy snacks.

I wrote and directed a music video for Abraham, a rock and roll band from Michigan. It was shot on set at The Brooks Institute of Photography.

I worked with Director Skye Morse-Hodgson to dress 7 actors and actresses and assist in such special effects as a knife wound in a womans stomach, blood effects and light tailoring of cuffs and sleeves. Vimeo Link: https://vimeo.com/267824588

Assisted Key Grips with lighting setups both on set and on location at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Ventura CA.

I directed a commercial for Hypno Comics of Ventura CA along with Fernando Tirado to help promote their game night and Slice of SiFi website. The commercial was about a zombie attack at Hypno Comics and how customers took refuge in their game night.

I acted as Camera Operator for a commercial about friends partaking in Hypno Comics game night and a crucial action in Dungeons and Dragons hinges on one dice roll.

I acted as Swing going between both Grip and Electric departments and assisting them with gear. Including lighting Oxnard Fire Station with natural light (mirror boards) on high rollers and Mole Richards hot lights. I assisted Director Lan Nguyen with Grip and Electric filmed at the Brooks Institute back lot.

I wrote and directed this short film for a class at The Brooks Institute of Photography. I wanted to emulate the arthouse genre and parody the often over seriousness of the films.

As a Production Assistant I assisted lead actress Nazil K Lou on set as well as Grip and Craft Service positions.

My role as Ticket Office Supervisor was to oversee the finances of the Kirtland Community College Theater ticket sales. As well as the distribution of the tickets to the Theaters customers. I also assisted in Set Construction and occasionally worked in the Sound and Light both as a technician.

I shot this short comedy sketch for writer/director Joshua Jurgess about a wife who is caught up in post 9/11 conspiracy theory's that distract her from everything else in life, including love.

As Writer/Director I came up with this sketch to prepare myself for film school. This satirical PSA shows that, despite the danger to their safety, hunters return to the woods every season.

I co-wrote and directed this short series (4 episodes total) with my filmmaking partner, Joshua Jurgess. We wanted to capture the dark nature of two lumberjacks who have given up on life but struggle through it regardless.
