Worked with an out of state production company to find locations for a marketing shoot. Spoke with managers and owners of locations and took stills.

Worked with Director to come up with a laid back/California/beach/hipster vibe for apartment scenes. Bought, made, painted pieces of furniture from Ikea and garage sales. Did all set dressing for bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very good eye for detail and love finding smaller pieces to add to give a more homey, natural feel.

Assisted with location scouting and acquiring all permits needed for filming. Also handled travel and hotel arrangements for cast and crew, was cast liaison, and dealt with problem-solving while on set.

Researched various true stories and people for a true crime/doc-type web show. Learned a lot from having to track down people, doing a lot of fact-checking and doing countless hours of online research.

General assistant duties such as arrange travel, lodging, schedule meetings, liaise with different departments. I do research, script coverage and assist with any issue that might arise. I remain calm under pressure and am great with problem solving.

Was a liaison with talent and worked on getting Visas and doing all start paperwork. As well as working with Producer to get production ready to go overseas.

I worked as a freelance set and office Production Assistant for several years. I have done everything from wrangling extras on set, to doing errands, picking up crafty, assisting producers with scheduling, arranging meetings and travel and doing any general work while on set and in the office.

Arranged travel, scheduled meetings, found crew, assisted with location scouting and acquiring permits, was on set handling and solving all problems.
