-Helped keep a cast and crew of 200+ people safe and healthy by running health checks and questionaries. -Provided PPE and supervised on set to ensure proper social distancing and health measures were taking place.

-Took room and studio call notes to help the writers prepare story and scripts. -Boarded story beats and character traits. -Proofread drafts before distribution. -Scheduled one on one meetings between the showrunner, Seth Grahame-Smith, and individual writers. -Acted as a tech liaison to help facilitate the smooth running of a Zoom room.

-Assistant to the Supervising Producer. -Coordinated with guests, travel department, wardrobe, script department, accounting, media clearance, and runners. Provided extensive research on both guests and various other topics related to that day’s show. -Prepared Dr. Phil’s show book and graphics packets comprised of hand-selected information relevant to that day’s show. -Worked as a researcher on two different pilots under the Stage 29 Productions banner over hiatus.

-Assisted wardrobe and hair & make-up departments. -Helped with talent coordination. -Responsible for running errands and other on-set tasks.

-Responsible for distributing sketches to all departments. -Responsible for preparing and assembling 120 script packets for the read-through. -Assembled the master script of sketches chosen by Lorne Michaels for dress rehearsal and later, air. -Assisted the Associate Producer and Script Coordinators with any on-air script changes that were made.

-Solely in charge of keeping a balanced budget. -Organized and gathered crew throughout pre-production, production, and post production. -Handled a wide array of responsibilities including, but not limited to, craft services, casting, and art design.

-Led rehearsals for the cast. -Oversaw a crew of 12 people. -Ran a live taping inside the studio.

-Responsible for keeping production on schedule and maintaining order on set.
