Set up and rig stands and lights. Transport crew and gear to set and assist camera when needed.

Assist the various departments in transporting crew and gear to everyday. Make sure our various camps are always clean and stocked full of crafty and water. Organize lunches for cast and crew. Hike gear to and from set. Set up and tear down production campsites.

Check in/out all crew and staging members. Distribute Radios, surveillance and Hi-Vis vests. Organize and inventory the on location site office.

Assist photography crew as well as video crew on set for a series of Adidas ads. Drive crew to and from set, airports and hotels. Check out and return rental vehicles. Lunch and coffee runs.

Assisted the crew with any errands and helped the grip department when needed.

Assist the crew on immersive theater events across Sedona, AZ. Run media from shooting locations to the editors at our base of operations. Transport gear to and from the airport and to and from Sedona in a 1 ton cargo van. Transport crew members to and from locations in a 15 passenger van. Make crafty and lunch runs. Assist crews in tearing down live stream booth and home base.

Set Production Assistant. Locked down locations during filming, collected signatures and paperwork from the various departments, distributed and collected walkies, assist the crew on runs and moving equipment.

Set up backgrounds, assisted in lighting set ups and helped break down the set.
