Set up and maintain production equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition. Assist in managing the set, including distributing call sheets, managing talent, and facilitating communication among crew members. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.

Lift up to 50 pounds. Operate office equipment, such as copiers and faxes. Answer phones. Transport people or run errands using a motor vehicle, their own car or one provided by the production. Assist with on-set catering. Respond to requests from anyone involved in the production.
