I built and managed a digital, state of the art studio for VICTORIOUS, Culver City. I negotiated all studio asset purchases, worked with CEO on overall studio design and created & implemented policies and procedures. I managed studio crew, rates, payroll and schedule. I worked to cross train all personnel to be able to work on all studio equipment and systems, so we all worked as a cohesive team. We produced 1200 Hours of LIVE workout content over 8 months + On Demand. We produced marketing content and social media video support (Live & Produced).

Consulted with Mike Aho (Executive Producer) and team to plan 8 – 1 Hour Episodes that were shot in various international locations. I Built out the working budget and consulted with various departments during the run of the show through post production. I worked to make sure they had proper international support for filming abroad.

I created all budgets, calendars and assumptions for presentations, pilots and series for Alevy Productions and CORE Media Group. Hired all ATL staff, negotiated talent deals, vendor and location agreements. Worked with B17 and assisted them with Budgets, Calendars and Assumption creation, as well as advised their current head of production. I managed approximately 4 – 12 LP’s/ EIC’s. I created policy and proceedures and implemented those systems across multiple companies. I built out post facilities across multiple companies and hired teams to work within those environments.
