Worked on set with A.D. Team and background and stand-in actors. Responsible for check in of SAG and non union actors during shoots and processing them through wardrobe, hair + make -up and escorting to set. Handled all vouchers, releases and paperwork. Additionally, worked on set lock down, script distribution and any and all general production needs.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments in order to process actors and staff through different phases of production. Completing vouchers/releases, Scheduling wardrobe fittings, booking talent, Lunch pick-up, Runner, Wrangling talent.

Set up/break down of set. Community outreach. Scheduling talent and identifying and booking locations.

Assisted producer with all aspects of production, including booking talent and studio space, releases, lunch runs, transportation, wardrobe, hair + make-up and script distribution.
