I coordinated all the set PAs’ duties, was responsible for 1st team talent, managed walkies, and handled paperwork. I worked closely with the 1st AD to keep the cast and crew prepared and informed. I also coordinated catering for lunch and 2nd meal, organized and secured the trailer for company moves, and organized the building and tearing down of base camp. I was responsible for lock ups and respective ITC safety and served as liaison between on location contact and crew. I took on some 2nd 2nd AD duties as well including placing and directing background talent.

Maintained, tracked, and repaired wardrobe for talent. Responsible for last looks and continuity.

Responsible for monitoring and implementing COVID-19 safety measures, crew and talent check-in, walked talent to set, set up crafty and meals, continuity check, assist AD and producer

Responsible for rolling camera, maintaining media, and transferring media to production company.

It was a small crew, so as the only PA, I kept set free of trash, loaded and unloaded equipment, drove the truck, operated boom, aided in general G&E and Assistant Camera duties, and was a runner for the Director/DP.

Responsible for continuity and record keeping of the shoot.

I made runs for the crew and assisted the production coordinator.
