Assisted the production coordinator with on-set responsibilities. - Coordinated and managed extras on set for filming. - Handled props procurement and pickups from various locations. - Assisted grips with equipment setup and transportation. - Managed various runs throughout the day, including meal deliveries. - Provided assistance with makeup and special FX, as well as last-minute costume fixes.

Gear pick ups and returns from Adorama Rental Company. Unload gear when first arriving and packing when leaving first location. Transport gear from each set location around the hotel/casino property. Assist production manager with any and all on-set responsibilities. Tend to props; mark and label all "Mocktails" for talent. Order and pickup props from various locations. Fill in as extras in background of scenes. Assist grips with moving equipment when needed. Be on call and ready for director when actively filming. Assist talent manager and makeup artist with last minute costume fixes.

Displaying craft services, multiple runs for lunch catering, coffee pickups, and general errands. Made sure everything on set was running smoothly and assistant PM and EP with whatever needs were to be filled.

Crafty runs, transporting crew, arranging lunch and catering orders for crew of 25. Maintain cleanliness of set, daily errands and runs.

Drive multiple mini vans to and from locations, run daily errands, craft service runs. Construct, organize and place lunch orders for crew and talent. Helped production crew with various needs, also with the art department when requested. Wrap gear with DIT and pack to make a road trip. Drive minivans down to Houston, Texas from Poughkeepsie, NY.
