• Interviewed applicants via Skype to evaluate game play and personality. • Used Casting Crane and Google Docs to keep data organized. • Supervised an AP and PA to keep the daily workflow running smoothly.

* Casting contributors, real estate agents, architects and designers to appear on the show. * Writing the creative outlines for 6 episodes filming at the same time, and seeing them all through completion. * Scheduling and coordinating shoots around the world. * Directing backstories and field producing reveals.

• Managed a casting team that helped to pre-produce over 126 episodes of one of the most-watched shows on cable television. • Pitched experts and items to the show’s Executive Producers. • Wrote storylines for some of the higest-rated episodes in the past 2 years. • Researched and fact checked information on items.

• Located and locked-in real people with attention grabbing cars to appear on camera under tight deadlines. • Working with the post department to ensure that all necessary pickups and scenes were scheduled in order to get episodes to the network on time.

• Field produced a constantly changing shooting schedule. • Oversaw a casting department of 3 that generated between 5-100 cast members and extras per day, 6 days a week under very tight deadlines. • Scouting and securing locations for a wide variety of scenes that ranged from a wedding to a rodeo.

*Booked over 245 guests in under 3 months for Emeril's Table, a half-hour long cooking program that aired on the Hallmark Channel. *Used social media to find guests under tight deadlines. *Worked with talent agents and PR reps to get celebrities such as Kevin Clash (Elmo) and Niki Taylor on the show.

*Remotely recruiting teams of amateur ghost hunters from across the country to compete in an overnight challenge to capture evidence of the afterlife. *Edited casting tapes recorded by Skype using iMovie.

• Shot casting tapes across the country with a Sony Z1 camera and edited them down with iMovie. • Wrote pitch sheets to get network approval on talent. • Produced unforgettable contributors for What Not to Wear, Real Estate Road Test and Bank of Mom and Dad.
