Managed all video production for Across the Pond's San Francisco branch, creating both shoot structure and protocol for the company. This included creating branded content bids ranging from $40k - $750k for clients such as Google, Airbnb, Lyft, and Facebook. Oversaw projects from concept to completion, including sourcing and hiring crew, renting equipment, coordinating travel, transportation, scheduling, and overall production logistics, all within budget. Juggled up to 14 projects at once while maintaining 25 -30% profit margins for each project. Created processes to streamline production accounting between the UK and US offices, and served as the US labor law and production consultant. Also took on project set up, tracking project progress, client payment schedule/ overages, and project archival.
