I've had the immense pleasure (and privilege) to teach yoga full time over the last 4 years in and around Abu Dhabi. My yoga journey originally started while I was a Producer for tv in Los Angeles. Then after a move to DC, I decided to take a little time to explore career options, which led to my 200hr training. Not long after, my husband and I relocated to Abu Dhabi and I began teaching full time at hotels and with a yoga group called "Yoga Juice" which held community classes on the Corniche to a strong yoga base. Privates lessons soon followed and I welcomed every opportunity. With each class, I took in more experience and knowledge of the true mind, body and spirit connection. I've taught an array of students, from beginners to advanced to working around injuries to focusing on weight loss to growing stronger in every aspect of being. I'm classically trained in vinyasa, but have also studied in depth: iyengar, pre-natal, kids yoga, yin, meditation, yoga nidra and yoga medicine. Teaching Locations: Beach Rotana, US Embassy, Yoga Juice - Corniche, St Regis Saadiyat, St Regis Corniche, Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa, BodyTree Studio, Al Muna Elementary School and Cleveland Clinic

During the "Golden Globes Countdown" and "GG Live from the Red Carpet" I was a first hand assistant to the production team for show day activities on and around the red carpet, as well as a liaison between NBC Universal Executives, show day talent and Show Producers. I was also in charge of the handling of special guests' credentials and securing their prompt arrival for any rehearsal, meetings, etc.
