Built the Trailer Park Originals Division from the ground up as a Development Executive and liaison to our partners across all projects. Responsible for all development shoots, post-production and creation of decks and pitch materials, including writing. Obtained representation with WME. Built a slate of projects in our first year and sold first project with high profile celebrity backed talent and a NYT Best Seller in the mental health space. Leveraged deep relationships with brands, talent, and production companies in the unscripted space to create partnerships and premium content under the Trailer Park umbrella.

Oversaw development and production of original scripted and unscripted content for TV, digital and social media platforms including original series and feature length docs. Worked directly with clients to take projects from development to final delivery of edits - handling multiple productions at any given time. Clients included: Procter & Gamble, Dolce & Gabbana, Disney, U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs, MasterClass, Embark, ESPN/ABC and Los Angeles Times.

Helped form this production wing of its sister advertising agency Windowseat along with all infrastructure. Manage day-to-day business operations of the company, budgets, hiring of crews and equipment, etc. Clients include: Procter & Gamble, Time Warner Cable, Mattel, Quiznos, CamelBak, The City of Las Vegas, Sephora and Panasonic.
