Headed the nationwide casting effort for a fast paced pilot that cast and shot in 5 weeks.

Andrew Jacobs introduced me to Muse Ontario as a Casting Director who could work remotely to fully set up casting efforts. This project is home improvement focused content. I handled all research and outreach, started the grid, created language for flyer and application, set up digital app, organized an outreach plan to saturate the community quickly with flyers and apps. The early stage is a high volume start with a small volume delivery so HGTV can see what is available in the community. The pitch deck will include families / homes as well as other media I've prepped for the team. Once stage one is complete, I'll then continue casting with Skype interviews and delivery.

Worked closely with team to source leads, organize candidates and materials, and Skype talent. The new dating show concept in development with network required a story focused "family style" interview tracking story between friends. Network deliverables were edited in house with required pick up interviews, additional scheduling of new candidates, sourcing music cues and ripping video, collecting photos, and delivering necessary elements for ingest. I adapted approved wording and created a flyer for use in outreach in socials as well. While engaged with Entertainment One I attended strategy meetings with SVP Development discussing approach for another concept and wrote strategy and flyer language for that casting before being wrapped.

In my role I focused attention on developing Alexandra's brand and awareness of industry norms. With my supervision, Alexandra inked deals for both scripted and non-scripted series, and launched new series Holzer Files with Painless Productions.

Initially hired to dive in on an HGTV concept and extended to search for and Skype competitors for Season 2 of Food Network's Holiday Gingerbread Showdown. Reported directly to Julie Haire.

Oversee all aspects of casting for a true crime murder recreation series. Assist production with cast handling with delivery of call sheets / confirming talent for shoot dates.

Although the project has already been produced for European markets, this was Shed Media Group's Season One of '100 Humans' for Netflix. Casting changed hands during pre-production and I signed on to help Chad Patterson book segment specific actors. We expanded our team heading into production to assist with final bookings for the main cast of 100 Humans as well. Chad and I joined the extended casting management team on set once filming began to cast handle and give additional casting support on set through wrap. This project required strong verbal skills, clear communication, systems analysis, accurate and clear notes, quick thinking and problem solving.

'The Old Man's Hands' is the directorial debut for writer, director Marc Bowen, starring David Arquette. Producers Natalia Baldwin Leon and Wondwossen Dikran helped coordinate the casting efforts. Coat Check Creative provided casting services for this SAG-AFTRA approved short.

ITN Productions True Crime Re-Creation 2hr Special "The Turpin 13" is set to air April 2018 on Oxygen. Director Jim Lindsay connected with Coat Check Creative for casting services and I booked talent for all recreations.

High Noon hired Coat Check Creative to set up and run their proof of concept casting intended for Lifetime. This was a 5 week process with a limited budget and a goal to deliver 8-10 fully packaged families dealing with a variety of cognitive, social, and behavioral issues affecting one or more of their children.

Producer Michelle Powers introduced Coat Check Creative to this Bob Industries project directed by Kim Nguyen for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The PSA celebrated John Cena's contribution to the foundation.

Producer Josh Kessler and ITN Productions UK hired me to cast the last two episodes for a new crime series premiering on Netflix. Tentatively titled 'Drug Lords', the series interviews real people with real stories while recreating scenes with actors.

495 Productions brought me in to handle casting for one new project in development. My casting outreach started in early February with talent pitch packages going to Network in early March. My efforts produced positive response from Network who triggered casting weekends for two possible shows. In addition I conducted supplemental casting for a series eventually picked up by CMT, and handled talent booking and wrangling for a game show pitch. After a short hiatus I was brought back in to handle casting outreach for three additional concepts exploring story and prepping pitch packages.

Worked closely with EP's and Field Producers tracking story. Wrote and distributed Field Logs and Hot Sheets. Also took Continuity Pics, Production Stills, and obtained necessary Releases.

Handled outreach and scheduling of families, conducted and edited Skypes and wrote one sheets for Paladino Casting remote from Los Angeles.

Hired to handle all aspects of casting for this conflict resolution pilot sizzle.

With a strong Casting Producer background I signed a 3 month term to develop and cast a minimum of (9) projects exclusively for Atlas Media Corp. Included research and development based on trends and Industry mandates, outreach to talent, Skype interviews and sizzle edits, creative breakdown or one sheet creation and in person pitching to VP of Development.

Handled family casting for a new commercial spot intended for the web.

Each new episode breakdown is released on various sites and I process all talent submissions from selects to booking. Once booked, I circulate Call Sheets & maps to talent and ensure production is supported during shoot days.

This semi scripted series was slated to start casting in July and the regular CD couldn't do the first episode. I was asked to jump in prior to starting Murder Book to source and process talent for Season 8, Episode 1.

Source new couples that had world wide long distance romance but had never met in person. Interview talent via Skype. Create all necessary beat sheets and deliver to the editor to cut.

The client ordered 12 web episodes or "profiles in duality". Talent had to have a job, hobby, or lifestyle in stark contrast with another aspect of their life. (example - a Preacher who also DJ's in clubs) Outreach was extensive and client required unedited Skypes with talent one sheets.

I handled all aspects of various development castings - sourcing talent, Skyping, editing Skypes, bios and delivery. Two projects were intended for Travel or HGTV, and one major project was with E! Network.

705 Hollywood hired me to source Game of Thrones cos players and look alike actors for a "what if they lived in 2015" web spoof.

Casting Director for team of three doing Nationwide outreach for youth playing odd sports. Stayed on as Associate Producer during shoot. Prepped cast materials for pitch on a project intended for A&E, and jumped in on Hotel Impossible Season 5 casting for Travel Channel. Streamlined all casting grids into one master grid for Atlas Media Corp's use.

Less hands on than the previous NCAA shoot, Jordan Wiles hired me to set up organizational systems associated with a BK Commercial Casting for Prettybird. I created all pitch sheets for cast selection, and face sheets for client and crew to utilize on shoot days.

Jordan Wiles hired me to organize and prep all viable high school aged candidates for an NCAA PSA. Our team scouted talent on HS campuses, held the initial "coach" and "VO" auditions, conducted callbacks, and managed talent on set for shoot days.

I outreached and interviewed Veterans and their "unsung heroes" for delivery to OWN. This project had a fast turn around and required Google doc organization, scouting / outreach, creation of application and bio, pre-interviews of potential cast, in home / in depth interviews with potential cast, and travel.

Set up casting system, outreach/research, pull examples footage / photos / bios, trained everyone on information sharing, trouble shot computer system failure, and scheduled / conducted Skype interviews for vital role in a new series.

Paradigm placed this project with EP Vem Miller who produced a sizzle that was pitched out to Networks.

I coordinated the project while adding to research and outreach. Two of my finds made the top 7 selects by Network.

Future Line Entertainment hired me as an Associate Producer, confirming crew, outreaching to locations, and retrieving quotes. I conducted a 2nd round audition as Casting Director to complete casting.

This quick casting had a two person team and a three week time limit. We turned over 30 couples to production and a complete grid with photos, applications, video links, and contact information.

Andrew Scott and Ellen Rakieten Entertainment hired me to oversee the Los Angeles search for Hideous Houses. I pre-interviewed all potential families, collected photos and details for bio creation, and scheduled their in home interviews coordinating with our shooter.

This bachelor type dating reality show was set in the picturesque backdrop of Alabama. We were required to pitch and execute on the fly, work independently of our production team, and adapt to difficult conditions.
