Updated Shoot Outlines, Beat Sheets, A-Roll Docs, A-Roll/B-Roll Logs, and Drone Logs. Kept documents updated on Google Drive for the Story Producers and Editors. Helped keep track of releases along with the Associate Producer. Created graphic request documents for Executive Producer. Assisted Executive Producers with anything they needed.

Daily hot sheets. Cast wrangling: helped coordinate flights, hotel stay, call times, travel dates, wardrobe, and any other scheduling needed. In charge of releases from cast, locations, and any artwork shown on camera. Assisted crew with loading in and out. In charge of sending out the production assistant for any runs needed while on set. Keeping track of receipts when using production cards or reimbursing crew when needed. Acquired on set photos for post. Coordinated with cast members and acquired any home shot footage needed. Rough draft of call sheet, which was finalized by EP.

Deliverables, office work, Field AP for shoot days

Created story edits/stringouts of House Hunters Renovation. Creating VOs and Pickup OTFs. Had to met firm deadlines, which included time for notes.

Sending Deliverables to the network: Location, Appearance, Materials releases, Restrictions, Photo Caption Logs, etc. Assisting around the office as needed. Completing release passes, ensuring everyone in an episode was released and obtaining any releases not obtained on shoot days. Assisting Story Producers with string outs and pulling B-Roll footage.

Transcribing footage from shoot days. Coordinating with Associate Producers on due dates. Assigning work to other transcribers and outsourcing where needed.
