Lead Assistant Editor for 7 Editors, 4 Story Producers and a 2nd Assistant Editor. My team and I created a seamless workflow and protocol for multiple individuals to freely share assets amongst one another across 11 episodes. Unlike Avid, Premiere doesn't offer the convenience of locking bins and shared projects. One of the major challenges during this show was overcoming this and setting into place a collaborative system that allowed multiple users the benefits of shared environment projects. I'm proud of the system my team and I created. Some job responsibilities included: Media backup/creation/ingest/organization, Grouping(4-8 cameras), Stringouts, a Separate B-Roll project, Online prep for Color and Mix, Graphics creation, Exports, QC’ing cuts, Server upkeep and Overall troubleshooting. I also provided Post-Production consultation for other Beachbody programs.

Hired to migrate FCP7 projects from XSAN to Premiere on Tiger Serve. In many cases the XML from FCP wouldn't fully integrate w/ Premiere, and had to manually recreate bin structure, sync, graphics(bugs, lower thirds, legal), string outs, audio adjustments, multi-grouping, and sequences. I also provided knowledge to the facility on Premiere Pro and helped the AE's and Editors with their switch from Final Cut Pro.
