The writer/producer tasked me to complete both above the line and below the line action items ranging from: Creating IMDB page and discussing location to PA and grip work. I was also tasked with sound department duties.

-Loading and unloading of equipment trucks -Craft services-Players, Cast and Crew -Made sure all correct jerseys were on appropriate lockers -Complete sweep and remove of all equipment and waste of locker room and pirate ship -Rain Detail-insured all gear was safe from downpour

-Picked up and delivered dailies to Production Manager and Director -assisted with craft services -transported cast members between trailers and set -weed trimming for art department -Swept and cleaned location -moved heavy equipment on and off trucks

-Assisted the art dept. in wetting the cement -Sole craft services server -blacked warehouse skylights and entrances -faxes and purchases -stood in for grip(lighting and stinger set up) from 2k to kino set up -set up c-stands and sand bags -Computer set-up-put together Mac G5 for DIT and editor

Assistant to Mar Pedro and Producer Ian Anderson. -Assisted cast and crew:shot blocking, script rehearsal -Transported Cast -Assisted mobile craft service with serving cast and crew

As Director of Operations I served, in a production capacity (producer), as well, as overseeing operational activities. -Produced and edited content for internet reality show -Monitored live-streaming operations, live switching and remote controlled cameras -Responsible for security and maintenance of worksite -Responsible for activity reports and management of live-in cast

Planned and produced half hour episodes in cooperation with Time Warner Cable studios. -facilitated pre-production, scripting, storyboarding -Prepared offline edits(Casablanca Editing System) -Liaison between TIme Warner staff(online editors on Avid Editing System) -Responsible for opening and closing facility -Petty cash and expense requests -Equipment/prop maintenance and purchasing
