Lucked out and honored to have even dipped my toe in this spectacular story by (unreal!) Rory Kennedy and of Laird Hamilton, whom I came to realize after viewing footage of him surf, and then of Laird & wife Gabby Reece--oh wow, Gods and Goddesses still roam the earth. Stunning people, good people--and painfully beautiful. My small part: I helped transcribe as many words anyone spoke and tried to keep awe to a minimum in describing B-Roll footage.
