I worked directly with the Talent Manager assisting the cast. I primarily worked at rehearsals to keep all of the talent up to date with rehearsal schedules and last minute changes. In addition, I assisted the Talent Manager with contracts and paperwork regarding all cast members.

After my 18 month Page Program ended, 48 Hours hired me as a full time (per diem) Production Secretary. • Responsible for maintaining tape logs and footage materials for assigned stories • Assist Senior Unit Manager with camera crew bookings • Order production equipment, research material, and assist with overall office maintenance

Worked as a production secretary, assisting associate producers and producers, on summer mini series, Brooklyn DA. Responsible for tape logging and footage materials

Worked with audience coordinators as Key Page for Anderson Live and BET's "106 & Park" assisting audience members with sign in process and release forms.

Assist talent and guests in CBS This Morning Saturday green room. Booking travel accommodations to and from the studio, bringing guests to hair and makeup and then onto set.
