ed I trusted her implicitly to run set or post when I had to be elsewhere putting out a fire. She is excellent with story, casts trust her, and she knows the inner workings of BOTH field and post - a rare find in a modern unscripted producer. I knew fairly quickly that I would not have the luxury of keeping her around as my go-to #2 for long, as it was very clear she was a showrunner in the making! I would hire her to run any show of mine, and lead any team of mine. I don't often hand over the reigns that easily, but Allison truly is one of the smartest people in this business. She'll also make you laugh. Really hard.
