Work directly with Creative Executives to manage every aspect of production from development to series. Responsible for managing series and development budgets, production and post-production schedules to ensure our shows, pilots, and presentations stay on budget and deliver on time. Review cost reports, approve payments to production companies and keep track of option dates for financial planning. Work closely with all other network departments who need materials from production to market our shows, such as On-Air Promos, Social, Digital and Press. Serve as the main point of contact for 3rd party production companies in order to assist in answering all questions that come up during the duration of production. Set up and facilitate all aspects of digital air master deliveries, QC’s and electronic wrap binder deliverables.

• Act as the highest ranking production representative for projects in which I maintain the project’s vision while ensuring we remain in scope and within the terms of the contract • Facilitate weekly review meetings with creative executives, executive producers & senior leadership • Participate in senior level production staffing, development, resource & budgetary meetings • Manage client communications and expectations on a daily basis through status calls and email correspondences with Fortune 500 clientele • Develop and maintain internal weekly reports on tracking production hours/budgets for projects exceeding $1,000,000 • Manage multiple projects’ timelines, deliverables, milestones & budgets while simultaneously developing pitch projects with creative executives and senior leadership • Provide direct support in the interviewing process with potential new hires, as well as advising new hires of best practices and protocols

Conduct communication with clients through phone and detailed e-mail communications on projects, which include status updates, timelines and posting progress reports from the project’s commencement to it’s final product delivery Maintain constant communication with up to 20 artists, programmers and the internal development team members throughout the production process in order to ensure we remain on schedule, on budget and the creative direction is met Develop and maintain internal weekly reports on tracking production hours/budgets for projects exceeding $500,000 Provide direct producer support in the development of pitch projects, which include drafting project bid sheets Work directly with Creative Executives on the writing and development of Statement of Work’s (SOW’s)
