Compiles, organizes, and responsible for all show documents & paperwork distribution, meets with directors and production staff daily to ensure accurate workflow and schedules, builds scripts, rundowns, production schedules, and charts for 6 live-shows each week, in charge of selecting music, and maintaining music library for all shows and segments.

Worked with the producers & development team to quality control and check new live-music streaming app launching in both Apple and Android markets. In charge of organizing bug-spreadsheet, reporting errors in development and creation of app launch, and helped with testing functionality of app. Reported to project managers and developers daily, and assisted in various tasks regarding the successful launch of the application.

Oversees all technical elements of daily live newscasts, talk shows, and weekly comedy show to ensure accurate and clean show for air, builds/maintains effects and technical elements in Kayak switcher, and punches shows

Works with production team to broadcast three daily live newscasts and taped segments, Switches between studio positions including robotics camera operation, teleprompter, floor directing, and jib camera

Oversaw over 300 students in broadcasting the largest student production in the nation, directly supervised production management, marketing, judges, submissions, budgeting

Aided production staff and camera teams during show’s audition stop in Boston, worked with contestant wrangling, logging and acquiring footage from segment teams

Assisted cast & crew in weekly production duties and responsibilities, escorted VIP show guests, assisted in assembling weekly production scripts
