Managed large team, including editors, in dual locations: Los Angeles and New York. Led team to cast “real people” nationwide with authentic stories to match the network/executives creative directive and show format. Directed pitch videos and story write-ups. Led in-person pitches with EP’s Kelly Rippa and Mark Consuelos and on-time content deliveries to network for approvals. Supervised cast members story development to deliver inclusive, culturally responsive storylines over 14 nationwide episodes set to air on Disney+ in 2022.

Head of Beautiful Destinations client based division. Led and managed large scale successful projects new to the company. Managed the training of other producers and creators. Ideated, wrote and story-boarded 6 major hotel spots for the Rosewood Hotel Group campaign; created and responsible for all concepts to align with Rosewood’s “Sense of Place” campaign, solo producer on set for first Rosewood London shoot with two camera operators, formulated production structure/template for remaining 5 shoots around the world. Ideated and wrote the Jamaica Tourism campaign pitch that won the $32 million bid for a 3 year contract - their highest to date! Ideated, wrote and story boarded Jamaican Tourism commercial aired for Super Bowl. Ideated, wrote and garnered multiple bids for Puerto Rico Tourism, Brand USA and others that brought in tens of millions in revenues. Lead creative and production producer Air Canada- Beautiful Destinations partnership. #flytheflag campaign, winning multiple awards; refurbished unusable community basketball court in India, created a “Hype Court” sustainable art installation, orchestrated a local youth group basketball camp event, delivered content for full social media roll out on multiple platforms, including “inflight”and live activations, impact of 7 million+ engagements across social channels and 11% increase in passenger revenues the year of launch.

Managed casting teams for multiple running development slate agendas. Developed new TV show formats, and resourced authentic talent for the following networks: HGTV, Discovery, Travel, Bravo, Nat Geo, Food and Discovery ID. Led network development deliverables, pitch reels and written show format decks for talent-based show concepts. Managed deliverables that led to six development deals/pilots with networks: Bravo, Travel, Discovery ID and Food.
