Assisted EP of Games on business development, worldwide research of game developers, publishers, and studios for prospecting purposes. Collaborated with creatives to produce a short film from concept to completion incorporating live action and visual effects.

Managed office. Accounts receivable and accounts payable, assisted in coordination for corporate events and parties. Worked in the art department and assisted with floral design and decor for events.

Managed a team of 40 animators. Tracked and updated tracking system with notes from creative directors. Prepared and sent weekly deliverables.

Pre-pro office work making sure we were staffed for day of production. Worked on set, basic set duties, making sure things ran smoothly. It was a low budget production so we all wore many hats. Post production work. Wrapped all work orders, cut checks.
