Maintain all cast lists. Prep materials for all recording session. Create character breakdowns and line counts for all scripts. Pull voice and line references, and maintain reference library. Send out scripts to actors prior to recording sessions. Manage pick-ups.

• Responsible for viewing and assessing assigned films at a target volume of roughly 1800-2000 over the course of the programming cycle; • Act as a liaison between filmmakers, Front of House and technical teams during festival screenings; • Participate in press, promotional and social media activities as required;
