• Create and track production budgets and manage promotional campaigns of $100,000.00 or more • Construct contracts and submit payments for vendors, voice over artists, freelance employees, location fees • Establish and maintain relationships with third party production companies, freelance employees, Creative Teams, Digital teams, Integrated Marketing, and Business and Legal Affairs • Oversee all shoot logistics such as call sheets, production schedule, catering and craft services, hire crew, book talent, file permits, and secure release forms • Negotiate rates with third party production companies and locations for shoots • Delegate work to Production Assistants and Interns

• Support the Production Management department with On/O-Air promotional campaigns • Hire and assist new vendors and third party production companies to be set up in Viacom payment system • Distribute deal memos and verify start paperwork for freelance employees • Track expenses, reconciling production cards, and filing re-classes • Organize travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation • Maintain department project files and share drives • Update, track, and maintain project production schedules and shoot calendar • On set PA for promotional shoots, integrated marketing shoots, and award shows

• Manage and collect over 200 crew members employment paperwork, background checks, and documents for Florida Tax Incentive • Process and track talent, third party production, and vendor payments by creating purchase orders of over four million dollars • Generate and report monthly production expense grids to Line Producer and Director of Production Management • On set PA for show taping and promotional campaign

• Oversee weekly production shoots for Top 20 and Celebrity Music My Guey by assisting on set, managing release forms, providing craft service, and catering to guest needs • Work with integrated marketing team to facilitate production of co-branded tune in spots for reality series • Organize and distribute production information to various departments by creating call sheets, contact sheets, travel grids, coordinating travel arrangements, and weekly status reports for multiple MTV Latin America offices
 • Create deal memos and contracts for freelance employees and third-party production companies • Reconcile production petty cash and P-card expenses and assist in the creation of production budget • Process purchase orders and invoices for payment of third-party production companies and voice over artists • Work on the promotional and advertising campaign for network novelas and reality shows
